2008 Missionary Renewal
Each year during Missionary Renewal, International Ministries has had several sessions highlighting aspects of ministries providing compassion outreaches. The Global AIDS Partnership has two sessions focused on the HIV/AIDS pandemic. Because of the change of format this year, the workshop held in previous years will not be held. 2007 Compassion Forum
The second annual Compassion Forum was held August 20-24 in Dallas, Texas. Changes were made to the format to make it much more interactive, involving participants in roundtable discussions, breakout sessions, and offering opportunities for questions and answers with presenters. 2008 Compassion Forum
(In conjunction with one-day seminars on Ministry to Children, and Ministry to Persons with AIDS)
The third annual Compassion Forum will be held in Saint Louis, Missouri, August 18–21. Preceding the forum, during the day on August 18th, will be a new feature which is a day focusing on Ministry to Children. The opening banquet for the forum will then be held on the evening of the 18th. Following the forum, on Friday, the 22nd, will be our second annual seminar focusing on Ministry to Persons with HIV/AIDS.
